It’s November once again, and yes, we will be attending Formnext this coming week.

Formnext is the world’s largest single exhibition of 3D print hardware, software, services, and materials. Hosted in the central European city of Frankfurt, Germany, it’s expected to host more than 850 exhibitors and well over 30,000 attendees from all parts of the globe.

The event is one where the most media attention converges, so many companies make big announcements. Unfortunately for us, there will be an avalanche of announcements that will be near impossible to report in the days of the event.

However, we’re going to do our best to visit as many exhibitors as possible over the four event days and produce detailed reports later in the coming weeks.

There will be products and services from all ranges of 3D printing, from inexpensive desktop equipment all the way up to building-sized construction 3D printers. In the professional range, there will be dozens of new and powerful devices to examine.

In addition to the formal exhibition, there are countless opportunities to network with other people in the industry, ranging from newcomers and students all the way to CEOs of massive companies.

If you’re in the industry, you really should consider attending this event, as it is not only enormous but also very well run. This will be our seventh trip to the event, which launched only in 2015 after the demise of Euromold.

We’d be happy to connect with anyone at the event if you have something to show us or just want to say hello. Please reach out to us here.

See you there!
