Design of the Week: For All Mankind

There is but one choice for this week's Design of the Week: For All Mankind, by Thingiverse maker Doug Keenan. We selected this design in honor of the passing of Astronaut Neil Armstrong, the first person to step onto another world.

The model depicts an Apollo astronaut taking that giant step off the Lunar Excursion Module's landing strut onto the lunar surface.

Even though printing "For All Mankind" may take you many hours (our run was around 5 hours), it is well worth the effort as the results are magnificent.

Enjoy the print and remember those incredible feats of 43 years ago.
