3D Printing In Your Mouth and Ears

One of the fascinating items we witnessed at 3D Systems HQ was the focus on medical applications. It seemed every few moments someone was running by with a platter of 3D printed teeth or similar. These were eerie to examine, as the detail was sufficiently spectacular to appear highly realistic. 
 
What we didn’t know was the sheer scale of this application. Evidently there are some 50,000 Invisalign teeth braces printed every single day!
